My Name is Megan and i have been operating my own female only fitness business for almost 2 years now. I have a background in Sport & Exercise Science, am an ASCA Strength & Conditioning coach, certified yoga instructor, personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
I absolutely love training, not only for the physical benefits but also the boost it gives my mental health. Feeling strong and confident does wonders for the self-esteem!.
